MAUVERS

   As some us may know, in my last post an idea popped into my head to call my readers (both the consistent and inconsistent) MAUVERS. It's quite a cute name right? I know.
   So, how did the word "Mauvers" come about? You see, it's more like lovers of the mauve, I just felt we should be cool you knoww, like start our own that thing that people start lol.
  This name carries a lot of power oo, imagine we were an army now and our commander should shout "MAUVERS!! UNITE!!" or we were super heroes gaan chaiii it is already sweet in my head sef which is why this day, the 25th of July, 2014 I pronounce myself and all ye who just read this post MAUVERS!!! Woohoo!! *singing* when we celebrate!! We dey pop champagne!! We dey pop champagne!! We dey pop champagne!! Pop pop pop pop, pop pop pop, pop pop something!! Okay that's enough!

MY ALMOST-REVIEW

Hii Mauvers, lol infact from this day on, ANYONE who opens this blog automatically becomes a Mauver, whether they like it or not -_-

Now, back to the matter, sample your swagger, download the data, facebook or twitter...for real now, well I'm about to write an almost-review on something 'fashioney', it's a fashion item I got a few weeks ago. This almost-review is just in case you see the item and wish to buy it and this almost-review is just because I feel like almost-reviewing something :D

HERE WE GO:

    So a few weeks ago I went shopping with my mum and sister, towards the conclusion of that shopping my eyes set themselves on something cute. That was when I said to my mum, "no! I can't let it go", sha sha sha long story short, I bought it. It's just a pair of shorts. It's called crochet lace or just crochet shorts and this one I have is made by Zara.

You see, it's cute shey? I know!! and maybe tiny  lol but that adds to the cuteness ;) 

It's free, easy to style and cute again as we all know but you just have to be really careful while wearing them because of the threads or this will happen to you --->

If this happens though, unless you know what you're doing, don't try to do James Bond and fix it oo, it is only you that knows what will happen next.

Two things that try to set me apart from these shorts are: One, the fact that when it comes to washing/dry cleaning and the likes, smh ohhh Esowo Nton, it is not easy so I try my best not to get it dirty but for you, you can just take it to garment care ;) and two, the fact that it is sooo bum high that if I bend or sit one kind my underwear will be shown to the world.

All in all, they're nice. If you come across them and you have the money, buy for yourself or even a friend. 

I have tried I don't know what to say again, view pictures of the material mbok...

It looks popcorney or somewhat foodey abi? hahaha

GUY-SPEAK

   I've been around too many guys in this life, so there's no how I wouldn't have learnt a few things. One of the things i've learnt is, guy-speak (it's guy talk but I like the word speak -__-). As you may know, the only way to become fluent in guy-speak is to communicate with as many guys as possible. It's like learning a language - you'll never be perfect unless you go to the roots!
Let me just tell you the top 5 things I've learnt about guy-speak concerning girls:

1. When ever you hear a guy speak about commitment, in most cases, that is a word applied to football or something sports related.

2. When a guy says he's not ready for a relationship now, he probably means not with that you anyway.

3. Sometimes when a guy says "let's just see how it goes", just have it in mind that nothing is going anywhere, if it is, not anytime soon.

4. When a guy says, "Your friend looks nice" or makes any reference to your friend; it just means he might have taken up an interest in your friend and you might be of great help.

This last one is just The. Ultimate!!!
5. When a guy says "I'll call/text you later" it might mean either of these:
- He'll call/text you later that day.

- He'll call/text you tomorrow .

- He'll call/text you in the next few days.

- He'll call/text you in the next fortnight.

- He'll call/text you next month.

- He'll call/text you next year.

- He'll call/text you at some stage if he's got nothing better to do.

- He'll call/text you at some stage if he remembers.

- He's not going to call/text you but it's what he always says.

Top 5 people, I'm quite a good student right? I know, I know ^^

The Visitor

    She almost doesn't alert me on her arrival. She can mess me up if care is not taken. I have to be on my toes having the square wrap nearby to watch out for when she will return. I am always glad to see her, she is God's blessing to me, together we shall be fruitful, we shall multiply and replenish the earth but...she's pain.

  She won't know this but I do. Everytime she comes around, it's like a war has just begun. I can't be the normal person that I am, if I want to be for at least a few hours then tiny oval or round solids have to pass down the system. Do you know what a scare does to people? It causes some to run, some to cry, some to toss, some to turn, some to scream and the likes, that's what she poses as to me...a scare.

   She will make you neat, she will make you conscious, she will make you careful, for that is her way. You cannot afford to be the opposite of these and do your thing, ooohhh how she will show you what she is made of. When ever she arrives you choose to be a rose or a shrub, a dove or a vulture, a mountain or a valley etc whichever you choose, she'll gladly play along. She's nice like that.

   I love her no doubts, she has her good days and her bad days but the weird thing is how the bad overshadows the good. I was told she's really nice to some and really mean to some. I guess she's nice and mean to me, at least she doesn't stay too long. I was told that when the men who are high get broken, she visits with no discomfort at all, I wait patiently for that day and so do the men.

I try to forget the odds.
I chose to see her as a blessing and that's how i'll always see her.
She is one important visitor that is like a teacher and one I always look forward to seeing until her men restrict her.

MY WCW

My wcw for this week is none other than the oh-so-gorgeous, oh-so-beautiful female member of Mafikizolo (A south African music duo), NHLANHLA NCIZA !!!
She's all forms of daring and fashionable, not just because she's an artiste. She's a walking work of art from her neck pieces to her shoes. I call her my African neck piece queen! Her wardrobe is one I would definitely raid x_x

    I'm as happy for my friends as they are for themselves, on the 10th of July, 2014 they had their thanksgiving pre-graduation ceremony and on the 11th of July, 2014 they had the graduation ceremony now they've...graduated from high school, it's like a stepping stone *sigh* they grow up so fast :'(
   Well, well I don't have much to say so just look at the pictures I MANAGED to take, as I was just all over the place, helping them take pictures with their phones/cameras and all, I had no time for my own camera but it's all good, as their day one girl..I just had to help  :-(
